anyone had any experience resetting jailbroken iphone 5? specifically i want to know if doing the in-device reset is safe? and wether or not it will remove the jailbreak?

Do not reset the phone from the device itself. Will cause big problems. Only way to reset a jailbroken phone is to plug into a computer and reset the phone as new through iTunes.

Remember, doing this will upgrade to 6.1.3 and take away your ability to re-jailbreak it.

Yes, you can Reset all settings but not ERASE ALL CONTENTS ! I was having some problems yesterday and I reset all settings ! It's all fine now :)

yea i was afraid of that.. im avoiding the itunes restore for that very reason. is there anyway to restore using itunes to 6.1.2?
