Is the speed difference huge between ios 7.1 beta 1 and beta 2/3, when jailbroken and using slowanimations wont the speed even out or is there still a major difference.

Afaik, the speed improvements are mainly for stability for safari. Noslowanimations just speeds up the animations. It doesn't speed up the application itself
