iOS iOS 7.1 Simulator download

Hi,

Does anyone have a working link to the iOS 7.1 Simulator? I can only find 8 on Apple's site.

If I try to download through Xcode (Preferences > Downloads) then it just stalls with no error message.

Help!

Log in here: https://developer.apple.com/downloads/index.action and search for Xcode 5.1.1. That's the latest one with the iOS 7.1 SDK and simulator.
