iPhone iOS 7 Jailbreak Tweak, auto close Multitasking?

Hey there!

I am looking for a jailbreak tweak, that auto closes the multitasking switcher.
If there's no app running, and you press the home button twice, then the multitasking switcher is opened, with the springboard in the background (For no reason)...
Then you have to press the home button again, to close.

I was wondering, if there is a tweak which auto-closes the multitasking switcher, in iOS 7?
