question I'm running ios 7 on pangu jailbreak iPhone 5s gsm

can I update the firmware to ios9 with the research ive done I don't think so...

can I get the shsh files? I don't think so...but let me know.

can I spoof the firmware download something through cydia or not?

You cannot upgrade to iOS 9. Your only options are to stay where you are or upgrade to iOS 10.
Not true.

You can still legitimately install iOS8.4.1 OTA either downgrading or upgrading with this guide, without SHSH blobs:

It has always been true that most devices on iOS 6.0 through 7.0.6 must update to 8.4.1 via OTA prior to installing OTA updates for iOS 9.0 or newer.

OP could theoretically update to 8.4.1 via version spoofing (or whatever the last iOS8 for 5S was), but I don't think it can be jailbroken on the final iOS8 version.
