iPhone iOS 7 theme June 30 changes?

Latest update for the iOS 7 theme on June 30th adds a few new options on Winterboard. However, I don't see any actual changes when selecting/deselecting these options. The updates in question are:

no lock battery
grey (top)
dock (top)
blur (top)
black labels (top)

Anyone else notice these? What are they supposed to change?

latest update for the ios 7 theme on june 30th adds a few new options on winterboard. However, i don't see any actual changes when selecting/deselecting these options. The updates in question are:

No lock battery. This removes the lock screen battery

grey (top) this make the nc gray.
Dock (top) this gives you a dock just like ios 7, but its broken. It needs jpegifier, but it doesn't work.
Blur (top) this makes the nc have a blurry effect
black labels (top) this makes the icon labels black.

Since they all say top you have put them at the top of all your themes.

Anyone else notice these? What are they supposed to change?
