I have a iPhone 6 on iOS 8.3 jailbroken and I can't update tweaks due to [cydia installer 1.1.18] and there are dependencies... I don't know what to do!!

You should be getting an option to upgrade essential or upgrade all. Do essential first.

I've had an issue where I had to do a reset - not a respring - reset to clear some dependency errors in the past.

If that's not the case, maybe you can post a screenshot of your dependency errors or give more details?

No worries, I updated to iOS 8.4 and its cleared all problems. Thanks for the help though!

Anytime!

Yep, that will do it too :) Remember the reset tip though, sometimes it needs to be done no matter how many times you quit and terminate Cydia.

Sometimes the repos themselves are the problem and you just have to ignore them/wait them out Worst one for that I'd say for that is the ultrasn0w repo.

Either way, not something you should run into often outside of the first 24 hours of a fresh JB release.
