iOS 9.0.2 and 9.1 betas

Anyone have an issue where the status bar will take a second to appear after unlocking the phone with TouchID? Resetting the network settings has not helped. I'm thinking I may need to restore the phone as new. Issue has persisted through the 9.1 betas and 9.0.2. 6S here.

It's happening to a lot of people, maybe try zoomed mode see if it changes.

There is no fix, except zoom mode

Just tried zoomed, didn't work though. Issue only happens on the home screen and after the screen has been off for a little while.
