Ios 9.0.2 Crashes when I get notifications

So, i have had to restore to no JB 3 times now because it seems every time I jb, it works, I open an app, leave it open and then springboard crashes as soon as i get a notification from another app. anybody else encountering this problem? if so, have you found a solution?

I am using an Ipod touch 5g 32gb on 9.0.2 with the pangu JB Version 1.0.1
I did NOT install ios via OTA.

stop using the jb tweaks/apps, might be one that is not updated yet to iOS 9
