iPhone iOS 9.1 iMessage/Facetime Activation Issues

Hi,

I'm having trouble activating my iMessage/Facetime with my phone number on my iPhone 5s. Email addresses work fine.

I've tried a full restore as new iPhone, and went straight to activating iMessage without installing anything, but it still didn't work. I don't know what can I do? It used to work on iOS 9.0. Any help?

I had the same issue. Looks like I was out of credit (data) with my carrier. I just had to add some MBs and boom, fixed.

It's strange, I thought about the same thing, however I still have internet quota and credit on my sim card :S
