iOS 9.1 restore issues

I have read a few discussions on other forums and experienced several instances today at an Apple Store.

Who else has had issues restoring contacts and/or your camera roll (in proper order) since 9.1?

I know of at least 5 other instances.

Proper order meaning your newest picture is on bottom.

The camera roll restore for some is putting newest in the middle or in my case newest on top.

So you click camera roll and it takes you to the bottom which shows the oldest picture. It's supposed to show the newest.

Nope, can't say that I've had that issue on my 6s Plus or my Mini 4. My Air 2 is still on 9.1 beta 5 but didn't have this issue either...

Problem seems to only be with restoring a iOS 9.1 backup to iOS 9.1 phone.

No, I've had that problem with every incarnation of iOS9.
