iOS 9.2.1 vs iOS 9.3 beta

How do you compare the versions and which one do you think is better?

iOS 9.3 is miles better than 9.2.1 .Its faster and smoother and they resolved the performance issues with the control centre somewhat

9.3 didn't seem all that different than 9.2.1 to me as far as performance goes. I do like the night mode feature though. Hopefully they fix the Bluetooth issue in the next beta so I can move back up.
