I'm running iOS 9.2 b4 on a 6S+ and have noticed that I don't have any animations on my home screen when opening apps and folders. Everything just snaps open and closed. In fact I don't really see any animations anymore in the OS. I have the "reduce motion" set to off although toggling it doesn't make any difference. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Well never mind my issue. I rebooted my phone and now the animations are back--weird.

if you have asistive touch activated, that can trigger the issue, mine was also active and did the same issue before, i switched off it and now no more missing animations, that bug is happening since 9.0

I'm still trying to find the perfect scenario to reproduce the issue. So far, I find that it only occurs when I occasionally pull down spotlight search a lot.
