What were the usage and standby times at that point?

sorry haven't se'ed those and charged the phone since. But I used it roughly for a few hours and it was charged to 100% around lunch time. This is the second time this happens. Usually it lasts for a day and a half to two days for me with the way I use it. This time it was at 60% after 10hours since last charge I locked to go to sleep and it was dead in the morning.

it seems to be an app stuck in background....
It happened to my iPad Mini 4 once, and I solved it by rebooting the device.
The first indication is a very high usage time compared to the standby.

This has been a similar issue for me since 9.1 with uninstalls, fresh installs and low power mode being completely ineffective. But here's what's worked for me:

Putting it in airplane mode when not in use
Restarting the phone and not unlocking the phone at all seems to mitigate the battery issue
Or using the music app AT ALL since it tends to trigger the battery drain for me.

Basically the answer is to not use your phone as a phone.

Same happened on the last night, during 5hours 60% disappeared. I charged my 6S+ on the last evening, browsed abit... Left it around 24-01.00 on the table (~90%) and today on 6.00 the battery was 28%. No apps showing the usage in the battery stat. And of course it happened now when im not going straight to the work and need my phone as "full charged".. Still 30mins left to charged it as much as it can...

At first i thought that it was youtube app.. I do remember reading something about that app and the battery.. But the battery stat doesnt show any hint of that... Blaaah!

Edit. The difference is that i used the ipad charger on the last evening to charged the phone from 80% to full...

It looks like it's an iOS 9 bug of some sorts, this hasn't happen again since I made this thread. Still using my phone for 1.5/2 days on single charge.

On 9.2.1 I seem to be getting noticeably worse battery life. I took it in and they said the battery is fine. The other diagnostics they ran failed and he said he thought the diagnostics tools were just down at that time.

I'm hoping 9.3 shows me some improvement. Anecdotally it seems my 6s has never been as good as my 6 was in the battery department.

This has started happening to me. Battery indicator shows almost dead, but when I restart the phone it jumps back up to reading almost fully charged. I really don't get it...

To all you battery experts out there. How do these stats look? Average? Or really crappy and something is wrong?

EDIT: iPhone 6s on 9.2.1
