iOS 9.2 - many apps don't download

Greetings everyone..

I'm using an iPhone 6s with iOS 9.2 and some of the apps refuse to download, some popular ones like Dropbox for example.

I get like an error alert-

"Unable to download the app...."
Blah blah

Is it because the 9.2 is "too" up to date??

Shouldn't be - I am running Dropbox on both my 6S+ and Mini4 both on 9.2

Restart you device. It worked for me after restarting.
