iPad iOS 9.2 WiFi Issues

Since updating to iOS 9.2, my iPad mini 2 has been randomly disconnecting from WiFi. At first I thought it was my network, but my phone is staying connected (iPhone 5S also on 9.2). Has anyone else been having this issue? I haven't yet had enough time to confirm it's not something having to do with my home network, but I'm skeptical of Apple's updates lately.

(Of course, otherwise, 9.2 is running much better!)

My 6 was having issues connect to my college wifi after iOS 9.2 update but no issues at my house (that's I've noticed so far)

I'm also have issues with college wi-fi, but not with my home wi-fi. Just to keep track I own an Airport Extreme (A1408) and my college wi-fi has allways been complete garbage.
