This bug is driving me nuts.

Every time an app gets suspending or force quit, I have to login to it again and depending on the app I have to reconfigure every single setting in it.

Anyone else? It's not every app... just the apps I happen to use most.

Perhaps it's something with the apps? Which apps are the ones where you see this?

I had this issue with Netflix during one or more of the 9.3 betas. Not sure if Netflix or Apple fixed it but I don't have that issue with final 9.3. I did not do anything to fix it.

Some apps don't really suspend but always restart when you re-open. Has been like this always - it is the way the app is written and not IOS. As asked what apps are you having issues with?

Facebook, Instagram, other common ones. Apple told me to turn off and back on iCloud Keychain over Twitter... trying that and hoping it's better.

Is someone else facing the issue with phone unlock? I can unlock my phone by telling siri to open something at the locked screen and it unlocks the phone and open the app without me having to put in the passcode or the finger print thingy and the transition from locked screen to home screen has become really weird, anyone else facing these issues?

That's quite unusual for those apps to actually logout basically.
