On my 5s I observed low 3g signal compared with 9.2.1, one dot less for sure !
In my home I observed 3 dots, now 2 dots sometimes 1, never happened before.
Compared to my sister's 4s the reception is also worse, one dots less in every place and same carrier.
The modem version is 6.02.00, but that is also in 9.2.1, so why ?

This has nothing to do with the update itself, and maybe with the carrier updates you applied.

No carrier update, same carrier and modem firmware of the 9.2.1, but really the reception now is a bit less.
I don't understand why.

It's possible 9.2.1 was being overgenerous with the dots compared to your actual signal strength? Have you reset network settings?

I did a DFU installation. I don't think 9.2.1 was more generous because my 4s get the same signal of my 5s with 9.2.1 but now is a dot less with 9.3.1
