Before 9.3, rarely would I have to restart. After, it seizes up, starts glitching, becomes unresponsive... Forcing me to restart, only to face these issues again. The other day the battery went from 50% to you need to plug it into iTunes. I can't handle Apple much longer. Anyone else?

No, runs like a top on 9.3.

Do you have files that need indexing? Lots of music, emails or the like that is included in spotlight searches? Could be it's just indexing after the update. I personally don't use it, but people post about the lag during the first 24 hours after an update as the files on the phones gets reindexed.

It's settled down a bit, but today I couldn't pull up/down the settings/notifications tab... Had to hard restart.

If spotlight indexing is the cause you can turn it all off and see if the phone settles down.

It seemed to have settle things down... I unchecked everything but Contacts... Thanks for the tip! It was brutal for awhile there!
