iOS 9.3

I have just updated to iOS 9.3 and backed it to iCloud on my Mac. Then I thought I'll Back it up to iCloud on my iPhone but as soon as I tapped iCloud in a matter of seconds iCloud closed down to the front of the phone before I even had chance to tap backup, this has happened overtime I've tried on iPhone since I updated and , Ive tried a few times.

Try a hard reboot... I just launched the manual back up to iCloud and it ran flawlessly...

btw, there is nothing like a "soft" vs "hard" reboot... when you reboot the iphone, that's what it is ...reboot.

It didn't work. I Think the same as electronics guy BTW. But aside from that I put it back to factory settings and was able to log in to everything bah iCloud it rejected my password , I reset it several times with the same outcome. And when I downloaded the update on my mac that covers iPhone (new 4" one) and iPad pro it stood my mac syncing wiyj my iPhone I kept getting a preference error when, I tried logging into th cloud
