iOS 9 - "Add To My Music" removed?

Has anyone else had "Add To My Music" stripped from the menu when selecting a song in the Apple Music Library?

It's not just for one song (thought maybe restrictions on some), but for every song I try now.

I now only get the option to "Add To Playlist.." and "Make available offline".

Press the + symbol near the top by the heart, share and "...".

The + has always been there to add to My Music, they just removed it from the menu to reduce the mile long pop up menus and redundancy.
