iPad mini iOS 9 and Bluetooth Keyboard

I'm wondering if there is a way of permanently hiding the grey QuickType suggestion bar when using a Bluetooth keyboard on the iPad?

I've tried turning of QuickType suggestions, but then you just get an empty great bar...

There is obviously the arrow that hides it, but that's only until you start using the keyboard again.

Just for future reference, I figured it out.

You have to disable the Quick Type Suggestions AND the Quick Actions/ Functions.

That makes it all disappear.
