Not to hijack the thread, but does anyone know of a complete list of available fields in Apple Health in iOS 9?
I assume the ability to create your own medication trackers still isn't there (like when you take aspirin). But have more basic fields, like sight prescriptions, been added?
Also, does the water tracker act as a reminder?
Are you talking about a list of all the Health Data that the Health app can take? If so, I can post you a screenshot of the entire list from iOS 9 Beta 1. I can't see any medication tracking in the Health app, including sight prescriptions.

It may work off of an algorithm of GPS, weather, and/or location services. The phone would know when you're outside and the weather conditions, so it could be that.
