It's never a good idea to update an OS on a piece of technology that is critical to an ongoing project. I've seen Mac users go a year or two because they just can't risk breaking their workflow as projects continually come on. That's just how it goes.

I have been through at least 3 previous iOS plates without this kind of destruction. I understand how production works and I have avoided updating in the middle of production, but usually production software. Normally, I don't do this, but iOS 9 broke so much, it shocked me. Fortunately, I had output most of my storyboard work before I upgraded. I am trying to find an app that works that I can use to go on, because I am not going to downgrade. That would be throwing the baby out with the bath water. I wonder why so many drawing apps broke....

I have the same issue, appears as it is a bluetooth problem since apps work just fine when its off but when trying to pair with stylus it crashes...

Btw autodesk sketchbook just released an update fixing it, has been working fine for me so far

UPDATE: I have worked on this problem longer and discovered that some of the problems are with Wacom Creative Stylus device, probably in SDK, having to do with Bluetooth. When I turned off bluetooth, a number of the apps started working again. Some of the other apps I reinstalled and they started working. Some did not.

I have Sketchbook Pro. I downloaded Sketchbook 3.3 and my Wacom will not pair with it, but no crash.

This sucks. I am in the middle of a project and all my work is trapped in the app. Major bummer!
is the art accessible through iTunes looking at the apps on the device? (there's a list of apps that have accessible files) )
