iOS 9 bugs

Siri:

It was fine for years, but now if i say "Call Mom on FaceTime audio" it will call a phone number. If i say "Make a FaceTime audio call to Mom" it will initiate a FaceTime call like it supposed to. WTF?

Hotspots:

I have renamed my iPhone days ago, but it still show up as "John's iPhone" on OS X under WiFi Personal Hotspots. WTF?

Shake mouse pointer to locate:

I was setting up few retina iMacs at work and after a first reboot this feature stopped working on all of the newly setup machines. No hacking was done and no software was installed, just initial account setup. WTF?

To fix your Hotspot naming issue, you have to do a "Reset Network Settings" on your iPhone.


They changed the threshold on the mouse pointer locator to make it harder to accidentally trigger...you have to shake it pretty vigorously for a solid couple of seconds for it to work now.

Not sure all of these are really iOS bugs.

All the usual options have been tried many times and solved nothing. Also it didn't take much to trigger shake to locate feature when it worked before reboot. I also trie shaking like I'm on speed. It doesn't work. Its a bug.

That with hotspot I can not reproduce (maybe restart your device and add new name). The other bug I no test.

Please better tutorial for your bugs. When good is add in iOS 9.2 thread. or later in iOS 9.3 beta thread. I hope next weeks come iOS 9.3 beta out.

on ipad with iOS 9.2 no issue. really bug only for iphone user? by yes. can you add in iOS 9.2 thread.

sometimes in OSX must you wifi search (tap the wifi icon multiple times). then OSX shows the current wifi hotspot
