IOS 9 download error!!

Very recently got IPad Air 2 with IOS 8 installed, I am trying to download IOS 9 but I keep getting this message "an error occurred while downloading IOS 9.1" on my IPad Air 2.


Why am I getting this message?

Especially since he gets the can't download 9.1 error

That's the only way at the moment you can download 9.1 OTA.. Try this site on your device https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/unenroll#ios
