This has been driving me insane, and I have no idea how to fix it. Ever since I updated, whenever I get an email it'll show up in my notifications. When I go to the email app, I mark it as read, but it still stays in my notifications. So I hit clear and nothing happens. They stay there. I slide to delete them, nothing happens. Even when I get an incoming message while using my phone, I'll pull down the notification to hit "mark as read" but that bar is totally blank. I'm not sure how to go about fixing this? It's annoying and the only way they clear is if I restart my phone.

Stuck notifications happen sometimes in iOS 9 it seems. Generally not something that happens often, but when it does it seems that only restarting helps.
