Does anyone know a legit site I could download the GM version of 9.0 I'm running beta five but my developer account(legit accoint) expired in the end of July and I haven't renewed it yet so since there's no OTA for the GM version I can't get it on my phone Thanks l!!!

There are no "legit" sites outside of Apple. It is against the rules to ask for, and for people to post the kinds of links you are inquiring about.
