Ever since getting ios 9 I haven't been able to transfer burst photos onto my Mac. Even after selecting to keep all the photos, only the one photo from a burst group shows up in Image Capture, Aperture or iPhoto.

Is this a new problem? I don't remember ever running into this on ios 8.

I've asked Apple and a couple of other forums but so far nobody knows. I'm hoping someone here has had a similar issue and hopefully a fix.

FIXED (kind of).

Okay after playing around with my phone and various import applications for the last hour, I've figured out a work around. If I selected every photo in a burt and save them, then only ONE photo from the burst stack shows up.

Buuuut if I select every photo EXCEPT for one and choose not to Keep Everything, then all of the selected and saved photos show up!

It means If I save 9 out of 10 from a burst stack, they show up to be imported. If I choose all 10 to save, then only 1 shows up.

This is probably the most random and dumb bug I've ever run across on ios, and I really hope somebody over at Apple noticed it to fix.

There is a setting to upload all photos or just the first one to the photo stream - don't know if this would also affect them if it's plugged in but worth checking (under photos and camera)

Hey. That was a good idea but it didn't solve anything wired.

As of right now my Camera Roll is at 2459 pictures, but Aperture, iPhoto and Image Capture only registers 2429. There's 30 burst images hidden from view. Even on my Windows PC where I could go directly into the DCIM folders the burst images are missing. Viewable on the phone and I can upload them to Dropbox, but invisible anywhere else.

I mean, this is just weirder than it is a giant issue. It also just means I'm probably never using Burst mode again because there's no reason to.
