Using the second beta build I went to the beach over the weekend and didn't have signal for a very short period of time. After getting back to my phone I had full signal and noticed I didn't receive any notifications from iMessage or Tinder. I'm no Mr. Popular but I usually receive a few messages throughout the weekend.

I thought it odd no one was responding back to my messages and did a reboot. Come to find out when the phone turned back on, once again with FULL signal, I had a whole slew of messages coming through that were time stamped much earlier in the day.

I ended up rolling back to 8 as to not run into this issue as some messages are time-sensitive and work-related.

I am curious though, has anyone had a similar issue?

*Side note: putting the phone in/out of airplane mode didn't fix the issue. It required a full reboot.

It is perhaps a coincidence but I experienced significant delays with iMessages yesterday. I received none and then a whole bunch arrived together with various timestamps during the previous hour. I had full signal throughout.

I think it has to do with the beta build an select carriers. I have AT&T. A colleague at work ran into a similar issue.
