So,

I just found this in iOS 9. In Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Swipe Options (then either Swipe Left or Swipe Right), it has a description saying "Quickly access features like Bubbish, Flag and Archive by swiping list items to the left." I think Bubbish is meant to be Rubbish. Glad someone spell-checked everything ;)

rubbish doesnt make much sense either, but in ios 9.1 beta 2 it says "trash" in it's place instead
I know for me in the Mail app they changed Trash to "Rubbish" for iOS 9. So it looks like they tried making a system-wide change, but forgot to spell-check everything. Looks like they are changing it back in 9.1

Which variant of English are you using? In UK English it now says “Delete” in 9.1 beta 2. They sometimes use localised terms. Canadian English might be using “Trash”, British English “Delete” and Australian English “Rubbish”.
