iOS 9 not letting me download ePub into iBooks

Not seeing the same issue when importing epubs from goodreader to iBooks. It may have something to do with your zero byte file size.

That's what I thought but I had downloaded the same file before iOS 9 and it wasn't a zero byte file it was like 2.2kb or something like that, but I don't know why that's happening?
