iOS 9 notification center

Where in the settings can we chose how many notifications per app that can appear in the notification center ?

Prior to iOS9 we could chose between 10, 5 or just 1 .... now there seems to be no limit ??
Why did they take that option out ? if not, how to chose ?

I find it best to leave it as sort by recent and not group by app. Hoping they bring it back

Didn't get talked about much during the beta process surprisingly--unless it was there and somehow disappeared for the GM/final version--but it's seems that that part of notifications options is gone in iOS 9 (at least so far).
