Just installed iOS 9 on my iPhone 6 plus. And was very laggy for the first hour our so.

But now after a reboot. It works like a charm.

I needed to install. My watch would not find the update 2.0... Now it is installing the new 2.0.

I was very scared to install reading all the comments.

Where did you find the update 2.0? I didn't know it was available yet. Are you referring to a Beta version?

Apple released Watch OS2 yesterday. If you updated your phone to 9, go to your watch app, General, Software Update. Its over the air, and mileage will vary. Plan for time on a good wifi with your watch and charger nearby your phone. My download and install yesterday took 1 hour; others, many more; some, less. Your watch needs to be at least 50% charged. Be patient. My download was 17 minutes, verify was 10 and the install with the watch on the charger (required) was 1/2 hour. Once it installs it will request you to put in your passcode before finalizing.

Some people did experience various problems. My watch app didn't immediately show the current software version in fact put up a message I was at 1.0.1. but the watch app General, About showed the 2.0 version there and I had all the bells and whistles. So if you get through the install and question whether you are now current look under the About. My watch app did later show 2.0 when I went back to the Software Upgrade screen. Just took time to show up there.

Thanks very much. If I didn't browse this forum regularly, I would not have known. The little encircled number 1 on the My Watch app. didn't appear on my iPhone until after I had started downloading.

My watch is installing now.... Taking very long but no hurry.... In the morning out will be finished....
