Found a very interesting bug:

In photos app, put a random photo into an album.

When you go to delete the photo from camera roll/moments it alerts you that the photo will also be deleted from the album - this is right.

Go delete the album.

Go back to delete the photo from camera roll/moments and it thinks the photo is still in an album after its been deleted, even after app reset.

Anyone else able to replicate?

Is the album still sitting in the recently deleted folder when you try? If so, its not yet deleted and still marked as being in an album. Clear recently deleted then try again and see if it still does it.

Albums do not go into recently deleted folder when they're deleted, only photos.

I was throwing out ideas. If you use iCloud Photo Library maybe the album is still around on other devices or online and it has not had time to sync or something. It very well could be a bug you found. Just not sure what to add for testing.

I don't use iCloud Photo Library.

Are you able to duplicate it?
