I believe (and seriously hope) that it will be released on July 21/22, 2015.

If not then, July 28/29, 2015 :(

Only hope left for this week is tomorrow. Both Yosemite and iOS (8.3) Public Betas launched on a Thursday. From those points on they released same days as new DPs.

But I'm starting to get the feeling we may not see PB until DP4 now. (So in two weeks.)

That one seems to be almost exclusively about the release time, though.
Seems like that's what this one would basically be about given that there isn't a public beta or anything in relation to it aside from essentially speculations as to when it might be coming, right?

Certainly seems to be the focus of the only other two posters in this thread!

How do you think Apple will handle apps in the public beta? Normally they don't allow app submissions until public release, but do you think they will change that with a public beta? There will be a TON of apps that do not work that could affect peoples perspective about the OS.
