iOS 9 Public Beta through iTunes..

As the title says, is it possible to download iOS 9, the public beta through iTunes and load it onto the phone using iTunes and not software update on the iPhone..

Nope. You'll need to download the profile on your device and do it through software update. No way around it.

Where I am currently, I can't get a wifi network for a few days, I tether from my phone to the laptop, since I need a wifi network to be able to do the software update, was wondering if there was another solution..

Yeah, Software Update is the only option unfortunately.
