iOS 9 Sleep Bug

Has anyone on iOS 9 experienced a bug in which the phone's home and sleep buttons stop working? I was unable to wake up my phone with the sleep and home buttons. I had to Hard Reset it. I tried restoring it in iTunes and even doing a DFU Restore and it seems to still happen. This happen to anyone?

No. I had some rotation lock issues early on, but I have not had anything like that. If you can, take your phone to an Apple Store.
