IOS and Mac Sierra Mail Folders Not Syncing

My IOS and Mac Sierra Mail Folders are Not Syncing.

I'm sort of seeing a hodgepodge of differences between my MBP Mail folders and iPhone Mail Folders.

If I create a mail folder on my MBP then I think I should see it in my IOS Mail folders?

How do I get my Mail Folders on my MBP and iPhone to be the same??
