Does anyone know if specific developers have sale days or months for apps in the iOS store? I want a couple games but don’t feel like $15+ is worth it. Specifically Square Enix games.

Why is an app cheaper if I buy from iPhone when compared to iPad? Can I install on both if I buy on one or the other?

Where did you get that idea? If it's marked Universal, that means it's designed for both, you buy once on either device and can use on both. The price should be the same.

There might be apps with separate versions/prices but it's not the norm.

Yeah I found out the hard way. Bought FFT and it’s only for iPad. Where the one on iPhone I think will work for both.
