iOS apps on Big Sur

Will iOS apps work on Big Sur even if running on a computer that does not have the M1 chip (i.e. Apple silicon)?

They won't run because iOS apps are compiled to be only ran on ARM architecture, Big Sur would need to have some kind of reverse-rosetta (emulating ARM on X64 architecture) to run iOS apps
