iOS Apps stuck on old AppleID

Last year I renamed/changed my AppleID...

While loading new iPhone 6S this week I noticed that most of the apps have migrated to the new AppleID but a selected few apps did not.

These rebel apps will sync on new iPhone but require me to log into old AppleID... which... hello.. has been renamed... so I can't satisfy that condition.

Any clue on how to convert these apps to the new AppleID?

You can't convert apps to be owned by a different Apple ID. You'll need to delete the existing apps, then using your new App Store Apple ID, download or purchase the same apps.

I deleted and re-downloaded free ones using the new Apple ID with success.

Don't ask me how but the paid apps also fell in line (still with the original Apple ID) without having to do anything!?!
I don't get it but it works
