iOS automation app

Hi guys,
I'm new to iOS, recently migrated from Android phone to iPhone. I'm missing an automation tasks app currently. Something similar to this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic
What is my most wanted case - I need to do automatically this: when I'm in the car, my phone connects via Bluetooth with my car. At this action, I need to start selected navigation app, switch off the portrait orientation lock, and turn off Wifi to save battery life. On BT disconnection, the same vice versa.
Can you suggest me please the right iOS app, which could do these steps?

Workflow is the only app that I am aware of that will come close to doing what you want.

That isn't possible with an app (Workflow isn't useful for that type of automation).
