Can't restore to iOS 9.2 beta 4. Took me days to download the ipsw so will take days to download public beta. Getting error 3194

I've seen this before. Pretty sure the workaround was to download Beta 3 then OTA to Beta 4
issued the same. may be a bug on ipsw file by default. restoring to beta 3 and updating to beta 4 is the workaround.
