iOS crapped out, not activated symptomes?

I was running iOS 5 just fine when out of nowhere it says incorrect wifi password and prompts me to reenter it. Once I do, it also asks for my iCloud and email password. Now all of a sudden my FaceTime or iMessage won't activate and I can't receive push notifications, every app tells me "Connect to iTunes to receive push notifications", and YouTube won't work. Like I said, out of nowhere. Any help or anyone else have this happen to them?
