iOS Health App inaccurate distance

The distance measured in iOS Health App is extremely inaccurate! The deviation is about 30 % from the real distance.

It has always been that way. Sometimes it can measure hundreds of steps, and I didn't even leave the house.

I'm talking about distance in km. Not step counting, but now I learned that step counter is inaccurate as wel. Frustrating!
