Hi there. I took a video on my iPhone and edited it in iMove (I tapped the edit button in Photos and opened in iMovie). I rotated the video so it would appear upright and added a "Title." Then saved it. It appears just fine on my iPhone in photos. I thought Google Photos treated it weird when it uploaded, but after importing the video in Photos on my Mac, I realized that the iMovie edits don't show. It's just the raw video not rotated and missing the added Title that I added. But it appears fine on my iPhone. Is this how all iMovie videos behave? A bug? I thought the original video would just be overwritten by the new version I edited. What gives and how do I get my edited videos? Thanks! :)

I get that you can share the video separately after editing it, but why does it appear one way in the iOS Photos app and then completely unedited in the Mac Photos app?

The way this article reads is that every time I edit a video in iOS, I'm just going to have to do a completely separate import when plugging in my phone to my Mac. Just wondering if that's true...
