Hi,

Have only just purchased a 3GS phone with IOS5, but immediately noticed a security issue on the notification screen. If this is a well known issue then apologies. When i get a missed call notification on the lock screen i can 'swipe' it and it takes me to the phone screen to make the return call, completely by-passing my unlock pin. Surely this cannot be right?

Thanks
Basil

You should still be confined to the lock screen during and after the call. Not really a security issue. What is someone going to do....say bad things about you to your mother? The lock is primarily for data security. Now it someone has free range of the os during the call there is a security issue.

Use the search function, there are already several threads on this and all of them have responses telling you this is NOT a security hazard.
