iPhone iOS NC not showing all-day calendar events, any tweak that does?

The notification center are not showing all-day events from the calendar on iOS 7
Are there any tweaks that makes them visible?
Or any better calendar apps that make all day events visible in NC?

I had to do the reset all settings but beware it took me a day to put all settings back as required still finding problems now but it did work for me, I was doing it on a iPad 3 mind, and it looks like the suggestions on this thread worked for iPhone

Sry but that's not the same problem I'm asking about.
It's not about the weather but the calendar in not showing all day events in NC.
Can't be fixed by resetting since it's not a bug
