Hello everyone,

No luck with Google Fu, so I thought I would ask here. At work we are moving to on call, and I need to respond to calls or texts within 30 minutes. However, at night I turn on 'Do Not Disturb' so emails, texts and other notifications do not wake me up at night.

Is it possible to receive notifications from a particular contact when do not disturb is enabled? Otherwise I have to mute text conversations, email and apps individually each night.

There's an "emergency bypass" setting that can be enabled for individual contacts which will bypass Do Not Disturb. It will also bypass the phone being set to silent/vibrate too and will make it ring no matter what essentially.

Aside from that Do Not Disturb can also be set up to allow some or all calls through.
